PUMP

This is a 45 minute weights class choreographed to the beat of the music! Get a full body workout at PUMP with efficient weightlifting through repetition variety!

 

 

CIRCUITS

Enjoy short bursts at different exercises stations allowing you to work at a high intensity for longer periods of time but equally allowing you to work at your own pace weather you are beginner or advanced.

 

 

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

Lower body weights class targeting arms and shoulders…. Joking, it’s all in the name! Feel the burn in your legs, bum and tums!

 

 

SPRINT CLUB

Interval training class with lots of variety. Could be indoors, could be outdoors, could be on the bikes, could be on the sled track, who knows until you show up!

 

 

TRX STRENGTH

TRX movements paired with strength training.

 

 

TRX HIIT:

TRX movements paired with high intensity interval training.

 

 

TRX CORE:

TRX movements paired with core and abdominal exercises.

 

 

TABATA STRENGTH:

This is a 30 minute class that consists of strength exercises completed in the tabata format. Tabata is a 4 minute interval protocol where you work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds, repeated 8 times.

 

 

TABATA CARDIO:

This is a 30 minute class that consists of cardio exercises completed in the tabata format. Tabata is a 4 minute interval protocol where you work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds, repeated 8 times.
